Mindfulness Practices

  • I invite you to join me for an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature! We will practice ways to ground ourselves in the present while appreciating all of the beauty that nature has to offer, discuss why this is important for us and identify ways to incorporate this practice into our daily lives. If you have a journal or other way to record your experiences, please bring that with you!

  • This workshop uses the energy of the moon phases to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.

  • Writing in a journal is a great way to connect with yourself and learn more about the greatest subject you will ever learn about, you!

In this session, we will first discuss the benefits of journaling before we dive into the practice using pre-determined journal prompts.

  • In this busy world, we don't often make time to slow down and connect with ourselves. Focusing on our chakras and working with crystals can help us to do so!

In this workshop, attendees will learn the basics about chakras including their locations, functions and associations. Attendees will also be introduced to crystals related with each chakra.
